Unlike supermarket Tahini, this Tahini is runny, and smooth. Even better, it’s affordable, This Tahini is freshly made, not sitting on the grocery store shelves for months and months. I accidentally left my Tahini jar behind my cupboard for months; it was still runny and did not go hard. Because it is so fresh and popular, I often have to wait for the new batches to arrive!
I drizzle it on fresh or toasted sourdough and another drizzle of honey or on fresh figs! OMG So delicious!
