This Greek tradition came to Australia from Kyparissia, a prestigious Olive growing region in Greece in the 1960’s.  The  Olive groves were planted in what has now become one of Australia’s premium food producing regions.

Today there is approximately 1500 Olive trees and only traditional Greek farming practices have been used ensuring the finest tasting and purest olive oil sold in Australia.

This fine fruity Olive oil is a brilliant healthy addition to your favorite salads, drizzled on your fish, meats or vegetables, added to pasta or simply as a dipping for your favorite bread.

This is a true example of farm to plate produce. Only small batches are made and it is only sold directly from the family.
