TA 50+ Jarrah Honey from Western Australia. Raw and unfiltered, drawn from the blossoms of WA's ancient Jarrah forests.
Jarrah is a dark, caramel-rich honey with a naturally high TA 50+ activity rating. Smooth and full-flavoured, beautiful by the spoonful or through warm water and tea.
Locally produced in Australia by family beekeepers.

Simply fabulous honey, yes, undoubtedly pricey, but worth it, very tasty honey, with molasses undertone; importantly I was initially concerned that it would crystalize but that was false alarm. Actually it clearly states on the packaging that it doesn't not. The health benefit is undeniable, my coughing that went for months, and no course of antibiotics, hot teas, coughing mixtures could not eliminate were miraculously treated by intake of this honey. Thumbs up!
