Θείος Νίκος came to Australia from Kyparissia, a prestigious Olive growing
region in Greece in the 1960’s and planted his Olive groves in what has
now become one of Australia ’s premium food producing regions.

Today he tends to approximately 1500 Olive trees. He has always used his
traditional Greek farming practices that have been passed-on for many
generations and still today he follows the ancient ways ensuring the finest
tasting and purest olive oil.

This fine fruity Olive oil is a brilliant healthy addition to your favorite
salads, drizzled on your fish, meats or vegetables, added to pasta or simply as
a dipping for your favorite bread.

This is a true example of farm to plate produce. Only small batches are made
and it is only sold directly from the family.
