Blackbutt Honey is harvested from the blooms of the enormous Eucalyptus trees in the rugged Western Australian wilderness, a remote region renowned for some of the purest honey on the planet.
This full-bodied honey has butterscotch overtones followed by a lingering caramel note. A rare, delightful honey produced in small batches by a multi-generational family of beekeepers who harvest sustainably.
