WA Black Butt Yarri

Blackbutt Honey is harvested from the blooms of the enormous Eucalyptus trees in the rugged Western Australian wilderness. This remote region is renown for delivering some of the purest honey on the planet.

This full-bodied honey has butterscotch overtures followed by a lingering caramel note.
Blackbutt honey is incredibly high in antioxidants and effective anti-inflammatory properties. This rare, delightful honey is produced in small batches by a multi-generational family of beekeepers that harvest sustainably.
