Our hot Chilli Honey is the result blending our Raw Macadamia and Grey Ironbark honey with ground red hot chilli peppers. The marriage is a spicy sensation. It's great in a hot drink with lemon and ginger, perfect drizzled on a pizza, brilliant on a Chicken wings and pairs perfectly with cheeses and fruits.
All bushranger Honey is cold extracted, wild-crafted and lightly filtered to stay raw, pure and untamed - just like the land it come from. Wildly Australian.

I purchased this just to try something different and wow, it certainly is! I tried it with some bread and it is sweet with mild heat. It has an interesting flavour that awakens your taste buds. This honey is not runny; it is slightly thick like a soft paste (at least, the one I had was like this). I have yet to try it with other food and drinks. If you love spicy foods, you will love this.

This is so tasty. Make sure to give it a mix before you use it. Would love the option of a squeeze bottle.
