This air-whipped cold set raw honey has a creamy texture and is an excellent healthy alternative for spreads on toast, crumpets, and bagels. It is exceptional used as icing on a cooled home baked cake.

Store this as you would store butter. Keep in the fridge to preserve consistency and take out of the fridge to soften up for spreading. Store at room temperature in winter. On hot days and during summer, store in the fridge.
