Absolutely delicious honey. We are so pleased with our purchase and the Leatherwood type is yummy with a fragrant flavour. We will definitely be purchasing our honey from Bushranger from now on.
I have honey regularly; mostly in my tea and with bread, clotted cream or soft spreadable cheese and occasionally use it for marinating meat too. So when this 3kg size came up randomly on my feed, I thought I would take a punt and give it a try. I was not disappointed. It tastes somewhat similar to pine honey, which I also love. Quick dispatch and good after sales service too. I would buy again.
I purchased this just to try something different and wow, it certainly is! I tried it with some bread and it is sweet with mild heat. It has an interesting flavour that awakens your taste buds. This honey is not runny; it is slightly thick like a soft paste (at least, the one I had was like this). I have yet to try it with other food and drinks. If you love spicy foods, you will love this.
