I love the honey and I cannot fault the quality of the product. It has helped me to maintain immunity and it helped when I recently was unwell for a few days. The only difference is that the honey is now very runny. I had to place it into the fridge to thicken it enough to get half a spoonful. Unsure if that is due to the warmer temperatures in summer or due to a variation in the availability of varieties used in this batch.
