Who We Are

Bushranger Honey is a family-run Australian business committed to producing high-quality, authentic Manuka honey.

Our honey comes from our own bees and a network of trusted beekeepers along Australia’s East Coast — regions rich in native Leptospermum. We keep our batches small, raw, and unprocessed to preserve the natural benefits of the honey from hive to jar.

We started Bushranger to offer something real — no mass production, no unnecessary additives, and no confusing labels. Just honest, tested Manuka honey you can rely on.

In The Wild

Our team are out in the wild following the flowering of the Manuka trees all over Eastern Seaboard of NSW. We particularly search out the most remote areas to retain the authentic "wild crafted" Australian honeys.

Australian populations of Leptospermum scoparium are shown to be chemically distinct from their New Zealand counterparts, with significantly higher levels of cinteole and monoterpines.
